He graduated in Law with a thesis on labour law from the University of Milan in 1997.
After qualifying as a lawyer in 1999, he first worked in a leading law firm in Milan and then founded the SLTS law firm in 2006, where he worked until 2019, when joined Clovers as senior counsel and then founded NC Law.
In addition to being appointed as a member of the Arbitration Boards at the Lega Nazionale Professionisti di Serie A in the 2007/2008 – 2010/2011 seasons, since 2015/2016 he has been assisting a first division football club and since May 2017, he has been a member of the technical-legal commission for the study of labour law issues at the Lega Nazionale Professionisti di Serie A.
He has been enrolled in the Milan Bar Association since 2001 and in the Special Register of Cassation Lawyers since 2015.

Over the years, he has specialised in the legal advice and management of special purpose vehicles for real estate transactions from development to sale, in contractual matters related to transaction phases and in legal advice to real estate brokers.

Giorgio Pagliacci is the owner of Studio Pagliacci & Partners based in Milan, via Vittoria Colonna n. 27.
In addition to other professionals and employees, his daughter Guia, a graduate in Law and a sports attorney, and his nephew Federico Pagliacci, a chartered accountant in Milan, help him run the firm.
His professional career in Italy and abroad has allowed him to acquire business knowledge in the financial, contractual and employment fields, facilitated by his knowledge of English.
He has been a Chartered Accountant and Auditor since 1995.

Degree in Business Economics from the Carlo Cattaneo – Liuc University. Enrolled in the Register of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan. Enrolled in the Register of Auditors. He deals with tax and corporate consultancy, extraordinary corporate transactions (acquisitions, mergers, demergers, transformations, contributions), tax and accounting due diligence activities, national tax planning, appraisals and company valuations.
